On arrival international students are provided with a comprehensive orientation program. Students meet the Principal and staff. The orientation program also includes an introduction to all student services, a tour of Hamilton city.
Waikato Institute of Education offers a range of International student services to help you with any problems or questions you may have about living and studying in New Zealand.
Our friendly and experienced staff are available to assist you and to ensure that your New Zealand study experience is a good one. Students are able to make appointments with the Director of Studies to discuss any aspect of their programme.
Student Counsellors are at the school regularly to speak to students and help them in any way. First language counsellors are available by request.
